Be at home in the Ardèche!



In order to make your stay and that of others as enjoyable as possible, we apply the following house rules:

When we have received your booking request, we will send you a booking confirmation with an invoice. In this confirmation we also mention the bank account number to which you should transfer 50% of the booking amount. When we have received this initial payment, your booking will be definitive. The rest of the amount should be paid before arrival or in cash upon arrival in Fabras.
We do not offer debit or credit card payment options.

You can cancel your booking two months before arrival. The initial payment made will be returned with the deduction of € 35.00 cancellation costs. In case of cancellation during the stay, the entire amount will be owed. We do not provide restitution for days not spent at your accommodation.

During your stay, we will not clean your gîte or apartment.
The final clean-up is obligatory.
All prices include use of the swimming pool, bed sheets, towel package and a kitchen package for the gîte and apartments.
Bed sheets consist of a made bed with a duvet and a pillow.
Towel package consists of 2 bath towels and a hand towel per person per stay.
Kitchen package consists of a towel, a tea towel and a dish towel.
In principle you cannot bring along pets, but you may request approval.
On the day of departure you should leave the gîte, chambre d’hôtes or apartment no later than 10 am and leave it in a tidy state. You can still use the facilities for that day.

La Grange de Fabras is not liable for any form of loss, theft, accident, damage or injury, caused by or to renters/guests of La Grange de Fabras.
Enter the swimming pool at your own risk. Pay special attention to children: La Grange de Fabras is not liable in any way for any form of damage/injury.
Animals are prohibited in the swimming pool.
In case of damage caused by renters/guests to the property of La Grange de Fabras, a fitting damages claim will be made.

Please arrive after 2 pm on your day of arrival. If you do plan to arrive earlier, please contact us so that we may take it into account. If we’re still cleaning the gîte, apartments or chambre d'hôtes, we will welcome you with a nice cup of coffee or a drink.
